To reduce command credit usage, Home Assistant should support sending commands (and possibly even collecting data) when the vehicle is within Bluetooth range.

Tesla has discontinued the previous schedule methods and has a new advanced scheduling API. The API is fully implemented in Teslemetry, but it needs to be added to Home Assistant custom and core.
