The current fleet API returns charger power as an kW integer which is too course for many applications.
It would be useful to provide a calculated charger entity; phases  volts 
 amps = Watts
Note the FleetAPI returns 1 for single phase and 2 for three phase.

The Tesla telemetry stream provides charger power as a float, with precision down to one decimal place.
Teslemetry automatically updates the charger power entity with this high precision value of it is being streamed.
The need for a calculated sensor is greatly reduced with the stream integration.

This is fairly easy to do yourself using a template sensor.

I am unsure if this breaks a Home Assistant Core rule, and would require a completely seperate class definition, but its possible.
