Add ability to set preconditioning time, on/off

Currently I use the SChEDULED_DEPARTURE command to set preconditioning on and off as well as program times. Could this be implemented. An on/off toggle and an gui way of setting it would be great, but calling from a script works also.

I will see if its possible to add a simple switch, but that will depend on the APIs requirements.

You can definitely call this from outside Home Assistant, but I'll have to consider the best way to do this inside Home Assistant. Either a custom service or calendar entity.
